Our Core Areas of Expertise

Transforming to Excellence

PHAETHON CoE is being established through the PHAETHON Teaming for Excellence Horizon Europe project, signalling in parallel the evolution and upgrade of the FOSS Research Centre into a world-class Centre of Excellence. The University of Cyprus serves as the Coordinator of project PHAETHON. The Consortium also comprises two leading European institutions in energy transition and sustainability: the Technical University of Denmark, and the University of Groningen, as well as a local innovation partner, Cyprus Seeds.
